This past weekend, I decided to stop by the dealer after my original appointment at a different dealer fell through because they scheduled to test drive a Grand Cherokee but when I showed up the car wasn’t available. My wife told me about A dealer she saw on TV, Mancari’s, and we decided to stop by. We walked in and were greeted by Kaled and he was very helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered. He was very friendly and had a lot of patience while I was discussing the price and finance options. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely return to Kaled at Mancari’s to purchase my wife’s dream car, a Wrangler.

If they could let me check "no star" I would. I brought my new 2017 Cherokee in June and already had to take it in for a rattle in the back seat. I took it to Mancari's and they found the back seat adjuster needed to be fixed. They had to order the part. That was in October and no one called when the part arrived. I had to call to find out if the part was in. The next appointment was November 27th almost a month later. Took the day off work and got to my appointment at 11:00. I sat in the waiting room until about 12:30 and went to find out what was going on. It looked like they started working on my car. At 2:00 I went to check again and the car was in the same condition it was at 12:30. I talked to Jim Jordan the service manager and he said they are having issues the mechanic couldn't fix the car. I sat there for 3 hours with no one telling me anything. All in all it took 20 hours for a job that should have only taken 1 hour. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The mechanic lied and said he was working on the car when I clearly saw that he wasn't. They continued let the mechanic, Mark Raymond, who couldn't figure out how to fix the issue in 8 hours to continue to work on it for another 12 hours. Then they broke something else that was working when I brought the car in. Maybe that's why it took 20 hours. It doesn't seem like the mechanics know what they are doing. It also doesn't seem like the management team cares about that at all. The management team of Jim Jordan and Nick Youngblood are not very professional. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. The mechanics get zero stars and also the management team get zero stars. They lost me as a customer. It was a very frustrating experience. Maybe Chris Mancari should take a look at the comments on his website and try to fix what's wrong. They don't care about keeping customers!

I love the service hours, and I loved the service performed. The price was right in line with hat I thought it should be. However, I can't return because you don't take American Express. Bummer!

Fast forward to today, Saturday, October 28th. I bring the car in at 8am and leave it there, thinking it was going to take 3-4 hours to get this part installed, as previously stated. They called within an hour stating the part was installed and my car was ready to be picked up.

Back at the end of July, I had a bunch of recalls I needed done to my Jeep. I made the appointment, and they found out they needed to order some parts. Fast forward 8 weeks, after the strike, I made another appointment to get those parts installed onto my car. I made the appointment for 4:30 on a Thursday after work. I arrived and they stated they could not install the parts, for it took 3-4 hours for installation and they close at 7pm. They never told me that their hours changed, and the person who took my appointment down should've known that it was going to take 3-4 hours for this part to be installed and suggested I come another time. I just drove in rush hour traffic to get my car fixed only to be turned away. They suggest I leave my car overnight. I need my car for work and they have no rentals. They suggest I bring it in that Saturday at 8am.

If I could give no star that’s exactly what they would get. The service department is terrible. They can’t fix vehicles and handle customers with poor service and professionalism. I’ve purchased two vehicles from them and only had them serviced by mancari and each time the vehicle didn’t last more than four years. First car was a Dodge Journey. The head gaskets went out within four years. Traded in for a 2016 jeep Cherokee. Transmission has been slipping for a while now and to no avail no repairs. Can’t duplicate my complaint. I’ve brought this vehicle in more than six times for the same issue, no resolve. Nick Youngblood the service manager stated that he would take me out on a road test to see what I’m having a problem with, never happened. I called him several times and left voice mails. No call back! Tech stated he drove my vehicle for 8 miles didn’t drive 1mile. When he was questioned about the mileage he simply stated because it’s nothing wrong with the car. My issues are that I purchased a extended warranty as well as I’m still within the factory warranty, why isn’t my vehicle fixed? Why can’t I get quality professionalism? Instead I stood and watched them laugh and joke at my expense. How insulting and hurtful. I returned the vehicle with a check engine light and service transmission message in the vehicle cluster and again, they can’t find anything wrong with my vehicle.

This place sucks. Seems like I was lied to and taken advantage of. Someone at 4:30 on a Thursday just didn't want to do their job, saying it will take 3-4 hours for a job but it only took them an hour. I will never go to this dealership again. Horrible service, horrible communication. STAY AWAY
